How do I get started?

Get in touch or book a demo, and our team handles setup for you. Every plan includes setup and initial training. If you're switching from another system, our migration team transfers your data for you, typically within 6 to 8 weeks. A one-time migration fee applies per facility: €500 on Club and Community, €300 on Business, and free on Enterprise and Custom.

How much does BETA cost?

BETA uses transparent tiered pricing: Routesetter €49/month, Club €149/month, Community €299/month, Business €499/month, and Enterprise €799/month, plus a Custom plan for bespoke needs. Pay annually to get 10% off any tier. Each plan lists exactly what's included above.

What are the card processing rates?

BETA integrates with Stripe, SumUp, GoCardless, Clover and Square, and you keep your own payment account. That means your card processing rates are set by your chosen provider, not by BETA, so you can negotiate your own rates and you're never locked into our processor.

Can I keep my own payment processor?

Yes. You own your payment account with Stripe, SumUp, GoCardless, Clover or Square. You keep your rates, your relationship with the provider, and your data.

How can I get a discount?

Pay annually and get 10% off any tier. For multi-site groups or larger setups, talk to us about tailored pricing.

Do you support multiple gyms?

Yes. Multi-site management lets you run multiple locations from one connected ecosystem, with cross-location check-ins, stock control and reporting.

What does BETA replace?

BETA is all-in-one software built specifically for climbing gyms. It replaces up to eight separate tools: point of sale, member management and CRM, subscriptions and billing, event and course booking, waivers, staff scheduling, marketing automation, business intelligence, and a climber-facing app.

Is BETA compliant in France and Spain?

Yes. BETA's point of sale is NF525-certified for French fiscal law and Verifactu-certified for Spain's electronic invoicing requirements, compliance that most climbing gym software cannot offer in those markets.

How long does migration take?

Typically 6 to 8 weeks. Our migration team does the heavy lifting of moving your data across, so you don't lose anything when you switch.

What if I go over my plan limit?

Your plan limits are soft, so nothing is cut off if you occasionally go over. Only continued, sustained overage would prompt a chat about moving to the tier that fits you best. You can upgrade or add a package at any time.

When is support available?

Support is always available. It's built directly into the BETA dashboard, with powerful AI support that gives you answers instantly, and our team is always just a click away. Unlimited customer support is included on every plan, with a personalised Discord support server from Club upwards.
