How do I get started?

What if I go over my plan limit?

Our pricing is based around processing volumes and levels of automation. Our logic is simple - the larger volume you process, the more automated features you require.

What time zone is BETA support?

BETA has support staff in North America, Europe, and Australia. We have someone available for support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What are the card processing rates?

Unlike other providers, we do not tie you down to one provider. We integrate with multiple payment processors worldwide.

Credit card rates are set by your provider - and you may negotiate a rate directly with your provider based on your processing volume.

How can I get a discount?

We offer two types of discounts, the annual payment discount and the referral discount.

When you opt for our annual payment option, you can benefit from a 20% discount on your BETA subscription. This is applied instantly with a one-time upfront annual payment. Additionally, you can receive a further 10% referral discount for each new gym you bring on board with BETA. The referral discount kicks in once the referred gym completes its first month's subscription payment.

Please keep in mind that these discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other special offers or ongoing promotions.

Do you support multiple gyms?

Yes. Our Community, Enterprise, and Custom plans support multiple facilities - right out of the box.

Are the prices on BETA inclusive of VAT?

No, all prices listed on BETA are exclusive of VAT, however, EU countries with registered VAT numbers benefit from a 0% VAT rate, applied on a reverse charge basis.

Non-profit organisations without a VAT number are subject to a 20% VAT, in line with Estonian regulations (subject to change). BETA is a trade name registered under Chalk Technologies Ltd., a company registered in Estonia.
